The hotel exceeded our expectations - room was spacious and warm (in winter days). It was very quiet, obviously good sound insulation. Everything was clean, beds were pretty comfy, child crib was set in our room as per request. Delightful breakfast with a lot of options. Very good turkish hammam in the spa area. Swimming pool and saunas, everything was what we needed. Staff were polite and assistive with tips and recommendations we needed. Just next to the hotel you have the shopping mall and places to eat. Would stay again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The nicest hotel I habe ever seen. We booked a deluxe room with a mountaim view and it certainly did not disappoint. Spacious view, super comfortable bed and all the little extras you exoect from the Hilton chain. Breakfast was an amazingly generous array of hot and cold foods - absolutely delicious. The staff were polite, curteous and efficient, especially the front desk reception and serving staff.

We stayed at the 15th floor with a fantastic view. However, even with closed windows you can here a little bit the noice from the road. Was not a problem for us. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional in all places. The food was tasty and good value for money.

Checking into the hotel spoiled the impression a little - for a long time they could not check in, they could not find our reservation. But in general, I liked everything, I advise.
